Remote Head of SEO Full Time
About This Opportunity
Scalerrs is hiring a remote Head of SEO to lead organic growth strategy and fulfilment across a portfolio of SaaS clients, while helping shape the agency’s team, processes, and business growth.
This is a leadership-focused organic growth role, with SEO as the core expertise.
The role spans SEO, AI Search, YouTube, and Reddit, with responsibility for strategy, delivery, team leadership, client results, and developing multi-channel organic growth playbooks focused on demos, signups, and MRR rather than vanity metrics.
The role works closely with the founder and includes opportunities to contribute to workshops, podcasts, events, sales, upsells, and the agency’s broader growth.

What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee strategy and fulfilment across SEO, AI Search, YouTube, and Reddit for SaaS clients.
- Lead and manage the organic growth team, including SEO Seniors, Reddit Specialists, YouTube Strategists, Juniors, and outsourced partners.
- Develop multi-channel playbooks designed to drive demos, signups, and MRR.
- Be accountable for client results and ensuring KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Work with the team to maintain strong client retention and communication.
- Test new strategies, including developments in LLM SEO and YouTube.
- Collaborate with Operations to improve workflows, reporting systems, and delivery efficiency.
- Mentor team members through training and feedback.
- Host workshops and training.
- Participate in podcasts and events as an industry voice.
- Build your personal brand with support from Scalerrs’ internal content marketing manager.
- Get involved in the sales process, particularly second-stage proposal calls.
- Help upsell existing clients into expanded SEO, YouTube, and Reddit services.
- Potentially attend in-person events across the EU and US.
- Work closely with the founder through regular communication and project management.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in organic growth, including SEO, content, YouTube, community/Reddit, or similar.
- Deep expertise ideally in SEO, combined with a broad understanding of other organic channels.
- Understanding of Reddit, AI Search, content, and link building.
- Experience owning strategy, delivery, and team leadership across multiple channels.
- Agency and client-facing experience.
- Experience developing or innovating playbooks for SEO, GEO, Reddit marketing, and YouTube SEO.
- Strong process orientation and ability to work with Operations to improve internal workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex organic strategies for clients and team members.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Previous team management experience.
- Understanding of the SaaS industry.
