Inizio Medical is looking for a highly organised remote Project Support Specialist to support global medical communications projects across international teams.
This role is well suited for experienced virtual assistants or operations professionals who enjoy structure, detail-oriented work, and supporting end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with teams across the US, UK, Europe, and South Africa, helping ensure projects are accurately tracked, well-organised, and delivered smoothly within a highly regulated healthcare communications environment.

What You Will Do
- Support project planning, coordination, and execution across global teams
- Track budgets and assist with financial data updates and reporting
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are followed
- Assist with administrative tasks and reporting activities
- Support publications coordination and compliance processes
- Help manage audits, submissions, and process improvements
- Communicate with internal stakeholders across multiple regions
- Ensure all project data is accurate, organised, and up to date
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in a BPO, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similar structured environment
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Project Support role is highly valued
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong accountability and independent working ability
- Comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams
Nice To Have
- Experience in medical communications or pharmaceutical projects
- Familiarity with financial tracking or budget support
- Exposure to project management tools and workflows
- Experience working in global or distributed teams
- Background in admin, operations, or coordination roles
