Responsabilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Meta ad compliance issues (disapprovals, rejections)
• Assist with billing issues such as payment failures, spend limits, and account restrictions
• Make small creative and asset updates to maintain campaign continuity
• Monitor campaigns and flag operational issues
• Document solutions and identify recurring problems
• Support domain setup and landing page preparation
• Collaborate with team members across multiple client accounts
• Assist with tracking and performance monitoring tools

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook Business Manager / Ads Manager)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed
• Niche to have:
  Coursework or certifications in digital marketing
  Familiarity with tracking tools and ad operations
  Interest in DTC or performance marketing
