Lucyd is looking for a Junior Ads Specialist to support the execution and maintenance of paid advertising campaigns, primarily within the Meta ecosystem.
This role focuses on troubleshooting ad issues, ensuring campaign continuity, and supporting operational processes across multiple client accounts.
You’ll work closely with a specialized team to keep campaigns running smoothly while gaining hands-on experience in direct-to-consumer advertising and compliant marketing environments.

Responsabilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve Meta ad compliance issues (disapprovals, rejections)
- Assist with billing issues such as payment failures, spend limits, and account restrictions
- Make small creative and asset updates to maintain campaign continuity
- Monitor campaigns and flag operational issues
- Document solutions and identify recurring problems
- Support domain setup and landing page preparation
- Collaborate with team members across multiple client accounts
- Assist with tracking and performance monitoring tools
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook Business Manager / Ads Manager)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed
- Niche to have:
Coursework or certifications in digital marketing
Familiarity with tracking tools and ad operations
Interest in DTC or performance marketing
