Automattic is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join its Special Projects team and support partners across the full lifecycle of their WordPress-based websites.
In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, developers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality website solutions, resolve technical issues, and ensure a seamless partner experience.
You’ll also act as the bridge between customers and product teams, helping shape improvements across Automattic’s ecosystem.
