Chronos Agency is looking for a Creative Head-Graphics to lead its Copywriting and Graphics teams and drive high-performing creative output across email and SMS marketing.

This is a leadership role at the intersection of creative, strategy, and performance, where you’ll ensure all content is on-brand, conversion-focused, and aligned with client goals.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients while mentoring creatives and elevating overall quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage Copywriting and Graphics teams
• Ensure high-quality, on-brand creative output across campaigns
• Drive performance-focused email and SMS marketing creatives
• Align creative direction with client strategy and business goals
• Collaborate with Account Managers to meet revenue and engagement targets
• Handle client feedback and resolve creative-related escalations
• Optimize creatives for mobile and dark mode experiences
• Utilize Klaviyo and apply HTML/CSS for email builds
• Support hiring, mentoring, and team development

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in DTC eCommerce (Email/SMS/CRM marketing)
• Strong background in graphic design, branding, and copywriting
• Experience leading creative teams and managing outputs
• Familiarity with digital marketing and retention strategies
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Experience working with international clients (North America and/or Australia)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Portfolio of past work required
