Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
• Handle incoming support requests promptly and professionally
• Make outbound calls to customers and partners to assist and clarify issues
• Collect user feedback and share insights with product, sales, and marketing teams

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Serbian and English (written and verbal)
• Ability to communicate clearly, quickly, and accurately
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Passion for helping and interacting with people
• Nice to have
  3+ months of experience in customer support or a call center
