This role focuses on identifying opportunities to improve team performance through AI, building scalable workflows, and enabling teams to effectively use AI tools in their daily work.

You’ll act as the internal AI expert, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, innovation, and measurable impact.

Responsabilities

• Identify opportunities to improve team performance through AI solutions
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI workflows across departments
• Act as the internal AI subject matter expert across the organization
• Design and deliver training programs to improve AI literacy and adoption
• Build and maintain a library of prompts aligned with team goals and KPIs
• Support teams with ad-hoc AI use cases and prompt development
• Monitor performance of AI implementations and continuously optimize
• Collaborate with leadership to align AI initiatives with business objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing AI workflows across teams or departments
• Hands-on experience with a variety of AI tools and platforms
• Strong expertise in prompt engineering and practical AI applications
• Ability to identify business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support teams
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
• Niche to have:
  Experience in startups or scaling environments
  Exposure to fintech or global platforms
  Experience building internal AI systems or knowledge bases
