About This Opportunity
OneSeven Tech is hiring a Virtual Assistant-Sales & Marketing Ops to support their CEO and help drive company growth.
In this role, you’ll combine sales operations, outreach, content creation, and executive support, acting as a strategic partner rather than a traditional assistant.
You’ll manage sales pipelines, execute B2B outreach, support daily operations, and help build the company’s online presence through content and coordination.
This is a remote, full-time opportunity with a contract structure and strong growth potential.

Responsibilities
- Research target accounts and execute personalized B2B outreach
- Identify key stakeholders and support the sales pipeline
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and meeting coordination
- Create, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
- Translate meetings into actionable tasks and coordinate with teams
- Support sales and marketing operations
Requirements
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience in B2B sales, prospecting, and outreach
- Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Ability to write highly personalized outreach messages
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Nice to have:
Experience supporting CEOs or founders
Interest or knowledge in AI-powered software
Experience with Canva or basic design tools
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment workflows
