We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Lead Management & CRM Operations for a growing US-based Real Estate Investment company we recruit for.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing full lead pipelines inside Podio / HubSpot / CRM systems
• Overseeing lead quality and categorization
• Improving CRM structure and workflow efficiency
• Handling high-volume lead follow-ups and segmentation
• Coordinating with acquisitions and sales teams
• Monitoring performance of lead conversion stages
• Identifying gaps in lead systems and improving processes

Requirements

• Strong experience in Real Estate CRM management (Podio required or similar)
• Proven VA or operations experience in real estate
• Excellent written English
• Strong analytical and system-thinking ability
• Ability to manage workflows independently
• Experience working with US-based teams
