Responsabilities

• Act as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering leadership
• Identify new opportunities and define problem spaces proactively
• Lead advanced experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference, etc.)
• Translate data insights into clear product and business actions
• Design scalable analytics frameworks and data systems
• Mentor analysts and elevate overall analytics standards
• Drive measurable impact on product performance and KPIs

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Analytics, Data Science, or similar
• Advanced SQL + strong Python/statistical analysis skills
• Experience with tools like Looker, Amplitude, Power BI, or Tableau
• Proven ability to influence product strategy and roadmap
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product & Engineering
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in English
