Responsabilities
- Act as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering leadership
- Identify new opportunities and define problem spaces proactively
- Lead advanced experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference, etc.)
- Translate data insights into clear product and business actions
- Design scalable analytics frameworks and data systems
- Mentor analysts and elevate overall analytics standards
- Drive measurable impact on product performance and KPIs
Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Analytics, Data Science, or similar
- Advanced SQL + strong Python/statistical analysis skills
- Experience with tools like Looker, Amplitude, Power BI, or Tableau
- Proven ability to influence product strategy and roadmap
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product & Engineering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in English
