You will oversee the full software development lifecycle while collaborating closely with product, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital products.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers and data scientists
• Co-own digital products alongside product owners and drive technical strategy
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle (planning, design, development, testing, deployment)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, UX, Operations, etc.)
  Ensure engineering best practices (DevOps, Clean Code, DDD, etc.) are followed
• Remove blockers, improve team productivity, and manage delivery timelines
• Own roadmap progress, budget, and capacity planning
• Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of systems
• Act as a technical leader, guiding architecture and AI-driven solutions
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Strong experience in software engineering and development practices
• Hands-on experience with languages such as Java, Python, Kotlin, PHP, or C++
• Experience with frameworks like React and Node.js
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Knowledge of DevOps / DevSecOps practices and tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, and initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
