About This Opportunity
Catch Creation is looking for a remote Social Media Influencer Outreach Specialist to support the growth of its fast-scaling pet eCommerce brand through creator partnerships and performance-driven influencer marketing.
This role focuses on sourcing, contacting, and managing pet niche influencers and UGC creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
You’ll be responsible for running high-volume outreach campaigns, negotiating collaborations, and tracking performance to drive measurable sales impact across eCommerce channels.
The position is ideal for someone who understands influencer marketing from a performance perspective, enjoys outreach at scale, and is comfortable working with data, creators, and conversion-focused campaigns in a remote environment.

What You Will Do
- Research and identify pet niche influencers and UGC creators
- Conduct high-volume cold outreach via email and social DMs
- Personalize outreach messages to improve response rates
- Negotiate gifted, commission-based, and paid collaborations
- Manage influencer campaigns from onboarding to delivery
- Coordinate product shipping and creator logistics
- Track affiliate links, coupon codes, UTMs, and sales attribution
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, revenue, AOV)
- Maintain influencer databases in CRMs and spreadsheets
- Support UGC content pipelines for paid ads and campaigns
- Analyze creator performance and optimize outreach strategy
What They’re Looking For
- 1+ year of influencer outreach or UGC marketing experience
- Experience with performance-driven influencer campaigns
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ecosystems
- Experience with cold outreach and negotiation
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and CRM skills
- Understanding of eCommerce funnels and conversion tracking
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Reliable internet and professional remote work environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
