Senior Product Manager – Node Operations Full Time
About This Opportunity
Chainlink Labs is hiring a remote Senior Product Manager for Node Operations to own the operational layer of the Node Operator (NOP) network.
In this role, you will define the strategy and roadmap for the infrastructure, tooling, and systems that enable node operators- both internal and external- to run the network efficiently and reliably.
You will help scale the operational backbone of Chainlink’s decentralized infrastructure used across DeFi and institutional blockchain systems.

What You Will Do
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Node Operations (NOP) infrastructure
- Build and improve systems that increase reliability, scalability, and automation
- Design operational tooling and workflows for node operators and internal teams
- Reduce manual operational work through automation and system design
- Define standards and documentation for network operators
- Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure and tooling decisions
- Improve the operator experience across the Chainlink network
- Enable faster and more reliable network operations through better tooling
- Work with internal teams and external node operator communities
Requirements
- Proven experience owning infrastructure or operational products end-to-end
- Strong ability to automate or reduce manual operational workflows at scale
- Experience working in complex technical environments
- Ability to engage with engineers on infrastructure and architecture decisions
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders (internal + external partners)
- Ability to influence teams without direct authority
- Experience building structured processes in highly ambiguous environments
- Strong communication skills, especially with external partners or technical communities
Preferred Experience
- Experience in blockchain, crypto infrastructure, or node/validator operations
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, or node hardware systems
- Experience building internal tools such as dashboards, portals, or workflow systems
- Exposure to working with data or engineering teams on automation/optimization
