Webflow is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help shape, scale, and execute its brand across campaigns, events, and multi-channel experiences.

This role focuses on high-quality brand design execution—building identity systems, creating campaign assets, and delivering consistent brand expression across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into compelling visual outcomes while maintaining strong craft standards.

Responsibilities

• Design across brand surfacesConcept and design brand campaigns across multiple channels
  Partner with marketing teams to translate strategy into creative execution
  Develop event identities, promotional assets, and campaign materials
  Create and maintain scalable brand systems, guidelines, and templates
  Produce assets for presentations, ads, print vendors, and events
  Design collateral including visuals, presentations, merchandise, and event materials 
• Collaborate across teamsWork with Product Marketing, Growth, and Events teams to align with GTM and brand goals
  Partner with Creative Ops and external vendors for accurate production and delivery
  Ensure consistency across digital, print, social, and experiential outputs
  Participate in design critiques, reviews, and retrospectives
  Build strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication 
• Stretch into digital (bonus)Translate brand systems into digital experiences and web environments
  Apply web design best practices and build in Webflow where applicable
  Contribute motion design and animation to enhance storytelling
  Collaborate with engineers, product designers, and motion specialists
  Experiment with emerging tools such as AI, 3D, and generative platforms

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in brand design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating identity systems, campaigns, and event design
• Experience designing across print, digital, and experiential mediums
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong design craft from concept to final delivery
• Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Nice to have:
  Experience with Webflow or web design
  Motion design or animation skills
  Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI, generative design, 3D tools)
