Responsabilities

• Discovery & Strategy
  Lead user and business problem discovery
  Synthesize research and data into actionable insights
  Define design opportunities aligned with product strategy
  Collaborate with Product & Engineering on roadmap planning
• Design & Delivery
  Own end-to-end design of major features and experiences
  Create concepts, prototypes, and production-ready designs
  Run design experiments to validate hypotheses
  Work within and contribute to design systems
  Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
  Iterate designs based on feedback and performance
• Influence & Leadership
  Advocate for users and design quality across teams
  Present and explain design decisions to stakeholders
  Contribute to design processes, tools, and best practices
  Help elevate design maturity across the organization

Requirements

• Experience & Craft
  Strong product design portfolio with end-to-end case studies
  Expertise in interaction, visual, and systems design
  Experience working with design systems
  Proven track record of shipping products in fast-paced environments
  Familiarity with AI tools to enhance design workflows
