About This Opportunity

Crae Group is hiring for a remote Graphic Designer to create modern visual assets for digital brands and products, taking designs from initial concepts through web-ready delivery across gaming, marketing, social, and in-product experiences.

You’ll create visual assets across multiple brands and digital products, including key art, promotional graphics, banners, social content, and in-product visuals.

You’ll combine hands-on design with AI tools where they improve speed and production, while maintaining strong visual consistency and organized, deployment-ready files.

Logo design is handled by dedicated logo designers.

What You Will Be Doing

Create visual assets for brands and digital products across client portfolios and the company platform
Take brands from A to Z across key art, promotional assets, banners, social, and in-product graphics
Combine hands-on design with AI image-generation tools in production work
Prepare web-ready assets with the correct formats, sizes, compression, naming, and organization
Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands while working at a fast pace
Work directly with product and marketing teams to move designs from concept to launch

What They’re Looking For

Strong portfolio demonstrating modern graphic design for digital products and brands
Gaming experience is a plus
Strong skills with modern design tools
Hands-on experience using AI image generation in real production work
Ability to develop a brand’s visual assets from A to Z, excluding logo design
Strong understanding of web-ready asset preparation and file organization
Ability to manage multiple brands while maintaining visual consistency
Strong communication, ownership, organization, and reliability

Salary by Level: Medior €35k–€50k | Senior €50k–€80k | Unicorn €80k+
