About This Opportunity
Kyan Health is looking for a remote Founder’s Associate who will work directly alongside the founders in an operational strike-force position.
This is not an administrative role.
You will take high-stakes, ambiguous cross-functional problems off the founders’ desks and drive them through to execution.
The role provides broad exposure to how a venture-backed startup scales and is positioned as a launchpad for a future COO, VP of Operations, or Founder.

Responsibilities
Core Value Narrative — ROI & Clinical Impact
Lead the data strategy to analytically prove Kyan’s clinical impact.
Structure user-behaviour metrics and build quantitative models used by global enterprise sales and investor relations teams to demonstrate the platform’s ROI.
Enterprise-Grade Operational Backbone
Drive Kyan toward SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA certification using a single, unified control framework.
Build the secure, scalable data architecture required to support the world’s largest enterprise clients.
Cross-Functional Special Projects
Act as an internal consultant and operator to scope, mobilize, and deliver urgent corporate priorities across product, engineering, clinical, legal, and sales.
High-Growth Operations
Translate high-level founder priorities into clear, trackable workstreams with defined ownership and KPIs.
Drive company-wide delivery and maintain accountability for execution.
First 90 Days
Days 1–30
Deep dive into data structures.
Map stakeholder relationships across product and clinical teams.
Take ownership of the unified compliance control framework.
Days 31–60
Launch the first iteration of the empirical ROI model.
Define how Kyan measures and communicates “what works” to enterprise clients.
Days 61–90
Take ownership of the SOC 2/HIPAA implementation pipeline.
Establish yourself as the go-to operator for the founders’ most challenging strategic bottlenecks.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent.
Strong structured problem-solving, slide-writing, and financial/data modelling skills.
Desire to build and execute recommendations rather than only deliver them.
Technical and data literacy, including comfort working with data structures and product metrics.
Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and product leaders.
Strong execution mindset and ownership of outcomes.
High tolerance for autonomy and incomplete context.
Ability to understand objectives clearly and determine the approach independently.
