Catch Creation is hiring for a remote SM Influencer Outreach Specialist to find and build partnerships with pet influencers and UGC creators, manage outreach and collaborations, and help drive traffic, engagement, and sales for a US-based pet eCommerce brand.

What You Will Do

Research and vet pet influencers and UGC creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Conduct high-volume outreach through DMs and email
Personalize outreach messages to improve response and conversion rates
Negotiate gifted, commission-based, and paid collaborations
Manage influencer campaigns from onboarding to content delivery
Coordinate product seeding, shipping, and creator tracking
Make sure creator content follows brand, creative, and compliance guidelines
Track coupon codes, affiliate links, UTMs, and sales attribution
Monitor performance using metrics such as CTR, CVR, AOV, ROAS, and revenue
Maintain accurate influencer records in CRMs and tracking sheets
Support UGC pipelines for paid advertising and seasonal product launches
Monitor trends in the pet content space

What They’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in influencer outreach, UGC sourcing, or eCommerce marketing
Experience with sales-driven influencer or UGC campaigns
Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, and/or YouTube
Experience with high-volume cold outreach
Strong Google Sheets/Excel and CRM skills
Understanding of eCommerce KPIs, conversion funnels, and attribution
Excellent written and verbal English
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home setup
