What You Will Do

• Research candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and online sourcing platforms
• Source candidates for roles including:
  Registered Managers
  Care Managers
  Deputy Managers
  Field Care Supervisors
• Organize and maintain candidate data in Zoho Recruit CRM and spreadsheets
• Support outreach campaigns through LinkedIn and email communication
• Track candidate responses and recruitment pipeline progress
• Assist with recruitment campaigns and candidate list building
• Support screening and shortlisting activities as the role grows

What They’re Looking For

• Required
  1–3 years of relevant experience
  Fluent English communication skills
  Strong research and organizational abilities
  Comfortable using LinkedIn for sourcing
  Attention to detail
  Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  Ability to work independently in a remote environment

   

• Preferred
  Previous recruitment or talent sourcing experience
  Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS/CRM tools
  Experience with UK-based recruitment or UK job markets
  Outreach or lead generation campaign experience

Work Structure

• Initially part-time
• Opportunity to transition to full-time after 3 months
• Remote work setup
