DevRev is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring operations and help deliver a smooth, efficient, and high-quality candidate experience across global teams.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to coordinate interviews, manage scheduling across time zones, track candidate progress, and ensure hiring workflows run seamlessly.

You’ll play a key role in keeping the recruiting process organized, responsive, and candidate-focused in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting coordination

  Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to move candidates through the hiring pipeline
  Coordinate interviews, offers, and hiring stages efficiently
  Support end-to-end recruiting operations

   

• Interview scheduling & logistics

  Manage complex scheduling across global time zones
  Coordinate both remote and in-person interviews when needed
  Handle calendar alignment, rescheduling, and conflict resolution

   

• Candidate experience

  Act as the main point of contact for candidates
  Provide timely, clear, and professional communication
  Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey throughout the process

   

• Feedback & process tracking

  Collect and organize interviewer feedback after interviews
  Ensure Talent Partners have accurate and timely data to make decisions
  Maintain structured tracking of candidate progress

   

• ATS & data management

  Keep applicant tracking system (ATS) records accurate and up to date
  Maintain strong data hygiene and consistency
  Use tools such as ATS platforms, Google Workspace, and Slack

   

• Process support & improvement

  Assist the Talent team with operational processes and improvements
  Support recruiting workflows, procedures, and initiatives
  Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and coordination

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or high-volume scheduling
• Experience supporting global or distributed teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage calendars, time zones, and scheduling conflicts effectively
• Experience using ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Additional Details

• Remote role based in the Philippines
• Requires overlap of approximately 3–4 hours with global teams across UK, US, Argentina, and APJ time zones
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, coordination-heavy environment
• Coordination-heavy role requiring strong scheduling and organizational skills
• Involves close collaboration with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers
