What You’ll Do

• Manage inbox and messaging platforms (email, Slack, Dialpad)
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling
• Support sales and marketing activities (SMS campaigns, updates, templates)
• Maintain CRM systems like Salesforce with accurate data and notes
• Prepare reports (loan status, funded loans, CRM insights)
• Assist with property eligibility checks and marketing materials
• Handle general administrative and ad hoc tasks

What You Bring

• Strong experience in executive support or admin roles
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Nice to have: mortgage industry knowledge or tools like Encompass/Blend

• Schedule: US hours (PST/CST)
• Setup: Permanent remote (Philippines-based candidates only)
