Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat
• Handle queries promptly and professionally
• Make outbound calls to customers and partners to provide assistance and clarify information
• Collect user feedback and share insights with product, sales, and marketing teams

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Serbian and English (written and verbal)
• Ability to write quickly and accurately in both languages
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Passion for helping and communicating with people
• Willingness to work shifts (rotating schedule: 2/2, including day and night shifts as specified)
