What You Will Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound client calls
• Handle client interactions professionally, compassionately, and efficiently
• Route calls to the appropriate departments while improving internal responsiveness
• Assist with client intake overflow and lead capture during busy periods
• Assess client situations and provide guidance, referrals, or resources when appropriate
• Support clients experiencing stressful or emotional legal situations
• Utilize AI-driven systems and communication workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Help minimize missed calls and improve overall client experience

Successful Candidates Have

• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage sensitive conversations
• Comfort working with AI tools and technology-driven systems
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to handle high call volumes and shifting priorities
• Experience in law firms, healthcare offices, dental clinics, physical therapy, or professional services environments preferred
• Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred
• Growth mindset and interest in developing into advanced intake or legal support roles over time

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time remote position
• Standard schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Arizona Time
• Compensation based on experience and qualifications
