The role focuses heavily on creating content from scratch, turning raw ideas and expert input into engaging marketing assets, producing SEO/GEO content, actively building platform presence through commenting, and using AI tools and workflows to improve content production and marketing performance.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive end-to-end content creation for LinkedIn, Telegram, and Reddit.
• Write copy from scratch using research and provided information.
• Create SEO/GEO blog articles.
• Create event descriptions.
• Create simple visuals.
• Outline video scripts.
• Build presence across platforms through active and relevant content commenting.
• Repurpose raw ideas, briefs, voice messages, and expert insights into multi-platform content.
• Use AI and smart workflows for content repurposing and production.
• Set up, track, and optimize marketing analytics.
• Monitor and improve SEO performance.
• Participate in team calls, online meetings, and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with content creation and copywriting.
• Digital marketing experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of algorithms and formats for:LinkedIn, Telegram, Reddit
• YouTube, specifically video descriptions for SEO/GEO
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Strong self-management and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to align with the team when needed.
• Strong hands-on experience using AI tools for writing, research, and workflow automation.
• Understanding of SEO/GEO algorithms is a plus.
