What You Will Do
- Review and annotate Filipino-language content
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for fluency, grammar, syntax, and cultural relevance
- Identify and document language or contextual errors
- Improve prompts, evaluation methods, and linguistic guidelines for AI systems
- Collaborate with teams developing large language models and localization workflows
- Help create more accurate and natural Filipino AI experiences
What They’re Looking For
- Native or fluent Filipino language skills
- Experience in translation, linguistics, editing, language teaching, or related work
- Strong understanding of Filipino grammar, semantics, tone, and cultural context
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with AI training, linguistic annotation, coaching, or evaluation is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote freelance environment
Compensation
- Pay ranges from $8–$65 USD per hour depending on experience, expertise, and location
- Freelance contractor role
- Candidates must provide their own secure computer and reliable internet connection
