About This Opportunity

Catch Creation is looking for a Customer Support Email Virtual Assistant to support customers across its growing global eCommerce brands.

This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys helping customers, resolving issues professionally, and working in a fast-paced remote support environment.

You’ll handle inbound customer inquiries related to orders, billing, refunds, product concerns, and general after-sales support.

The company is looking for someone reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking across different tools and systems while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Respond to inbound customer support emails
• Assist customers with product inquiries and order tracking
• Handle billing, pricing, refund, and cancellation concerns
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Process orders for existing customers
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments
• Perform customer callbacks when needed
• Help maintain high customer satisfaction and resolution rates
• Navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously during support interactions

What They’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of BPO or customer support experience
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in Telco or eCommerce support is an advantage
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong technical and computer skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Reliable, organized, and accountable work ethic
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and shifts
• Strong customer-focused mindset and professionalism

System Requirements

• Intel i5 or equivalent computer setup
• Minimum 4GB RAM
• Wired internet connection with at least 30 Mbps speed
• Noise-cancelling headset/headphones available during interview and work hours
