This role focuses on owning the CRM environment (primarily HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, improving workflows, integrating tools, and enabling teams to work efficiently.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align processes, improve automation, and maintain high data quality standards.

You’ll also play a key role in training teams, supporting system usage, and continuously improving CRM operations to support business growth.

Responsabilities

• CRM ManagementManage and maintain HubSpot CRM across departments (Sales, Marketing, Service)
  Configure system settings, user roles, and permissions
  Ensure optimal CRM performance and usability

   

• Integration ManagementIntegrate HubSpot with external tools (e.g., Asana, email marketing platforms, support tools, call/engagement tools)
  Streamline workflows and improve cross-system data flow

   

• Data HygieneMaintain high standards of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  Conduct regular audits and implement data cleansing processes

   

• User Training & SupportTrain team members on CRM best practices and functionalities
  Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective CRM usage
  Promote adoption across departments

   

• Process OptimizationIdentify opportunities to automate workflows and improve processes
  Collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency using CRM capabilities

   

• Collaboration with StakeholdersWork closely with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to align CRM with their needs
  Gather feedback and propose system/process improvements
  Participate in regular cross-functional discussions

   

• System Updates & MaintenanceStay up to date with HubSpot features and updates
  Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  Continuously optimize CRM setup

   

• Compliance & SecurityEnsure CRM practices comply with data protection and privacy regulations
  Implement and maintain appropriate security measures

   

• Project ManagementContribute to or lead CRM-related projects
  Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful and timely delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM management
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, workflows, APIs, and integration tools (e.g., Zapier-like platforms)
• Experience with data management and data structuring
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated with a “default to action” approach
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
