Native Teams is seeking a Customer Relationship Management- CRM Specialist from Serbia,to manage and optimize CRM systems across Sales, Marketing, and Service functions, supporting scalable operations and data-driven decision-making.
This role focuses on owning the CRM environment (primarily HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, improving workflows, integrating tools, and enabling teams to work efficiently.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align processes, improve automation, and maintain high data quality standards.
You’ll also play a key role in training teams, supporting system usage, and continuously improving CRM operations to support business growth.
