Remote Bilingual Intake Specialist Contract Full Time
About This Opportunity
The Law Offices of Jeremias E. Batista, LLC is hiring for a remote Bilingual Intake Specialist (Global) to be the first point of contact for potential clients, handling inbound calls, collecting client information, scheduling appointments, and supporting the bankruptcy case intake process.
You’ll help potential and current clients navigate the first steps of the bankruptcy process.
This includes answering intake calls, completing digital forms, transferring qualified leads to the attorney, collecting documents, scheduling appointments, and following up with clients.
Spanish-speaking clients are an important part of the role, so English fluency and Spanish proficiency are required.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST

What You Will Do
- Client Intake & Communication
Answer 5–10+ inbound calls per day
Follow a structured intake questionnaire and accurately capture client information
Complete and submit digital intake forms
Transfer qualified calls to Attorney Batista
Communicate professionally and empathetically with English- and Spanish-speaking clients - Administrative Support
Collect required client documents
Schedule and confirm appointments
Follow up with potential and current clients
Prepare secondary case write-ups as part of the bankruptcy filing process
Provide accurate intake information to the attorney and virtual paralegal
What They Are Looking For / Requirements
Previous intake, call center, or customer service experience is strongly preferred
Fluent English and Spanish proficiency required
Clear, professional, and empathetic phone communication
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using digital forms, Zoom, and basic office software
Able to stay productive during slower periods by handling administrative tasks
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Legal or bankruptcy knowledge is not required
Legal, medical billing, or administrative support experience is a plus
