Ashby is hiring for a remote Product Support Specialist – APAC to provide technical support to B2B customers, troubleshoot complex SaaS issues, guide customers through workflows and integrations, and help improve internal support processes.

What You Will Do
Own complex SaaS support issues from initial report through resolution
Investigate configuration problems and reproduce ambiguous product behavior
Troubleshoot technical integrations and complex customer issues
Guide customers through product workflows and best practices
Communicate technical issues clearly to different audiences
Balance customer communication, technical investigation, and escalations
Provide detailed, accurate, and empathetic customer support
Work effectively in an asynchronous remote environment
Contribute to projects that improve support workflows and team efficiency
Turn technical information from Engineering into useful enablement for the Support team
Help develop workflow automation and other internal improvements
What They’re Looking For
Experience owning complex SaaS troubleshooting from first report through resolution
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to investigate issues thoroughly rather than immediately escalating them
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adapt communication to different audiences
Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach
Curiosity and ability to investigate issues beyond the obvious
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment
Experience providing B2B support to customers ranging from SMB to enterprise
Compensation
- Singapore: SGD 80,000–96,000
- Philippines: ₱801,000–₱1,061,000
- Japan: ¥6,409,500–¥7,800,000
- South Korea: ₩45,518,000–₩58,540,000
