HighLevel is looking for a remote Graphic Designer, a brand designer with a strong focus on print and editorial who enjoys bringing brands into the physical world.
You’ll work across large-scale print materials, event signage, printed marketing materials, and booth design while also supporting digital work such as social templates and landing page graphics.
The role requires strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, curiosity, and a hands-on approach to understanding how designs are produced and installed.
Design large-scale print materials including event signage, vinyl wraps, window wraps, and booth designs for hosted and sponsored events.
Produce print marketing materials such as flyers and signage that stay on brand and are print ready.
Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, trim, color mode, and vendor specifications using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Support layout and design work in Figma as needed to keep print and digital brand work consistent.
Contribute to new brand initiatives from concepting through launch.
Partner with events and marketing operations teams to understand space, scale, and installation requirements before finalizing designs.
Coordinate with print vendors and review proofs to catch issues before they become expensive mistakes.
Apply HighLevel brand guidelines consistently across every physical and print touchpoint.
Take feedback on assigned projects and apply it quickly to keep production timelines on track.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign; this is the most important skill for the role.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Working knowledge of Figma.
Portfolio showing real print production experience, not just digital mockups of print pieces; digital branding samples are a plus.
Understanding of print fundamentals including bleed, trim, color profiles, file setup, and vendor requirements for large-format printing.
Comfort moving between print and light digital branding work.
Sharp attention to detail and ability to catch small issues before they become expensive problems.
Curious, hands-on problem-solving mindset with an interest in understanding how designs are built and installed.
Ability to work independently on problems of limited scope while learning to apply company standards and processes.
Comfortable receiving direct feedback and iterating quickly.
1–3 years of professional design experience, including internships and apprenticeships.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience and a strong portfolio will be considered.
Required portfolio showcasing print and editorial design work, large-format or event-based work, and digital branding samples.
Ability to balance speed, creativity, quality, and business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, professional content.
Based in Mexico.
