Catch Creation is hiring for a remote CS Email Virtual Assistant to handle customer service emails, resolve after-sales concerns, process orders, and help customers with issues such as refunds, cancellations, billing, and order tracking.

What You Will Do
Respond to inbound customer emails
Help resolve after-sales concerns, including:
Product questions
Order tracking and status
Billing, charges, and pricing concerns
Replacements
Cancellations and refunds
Customer complaints
Process orders for customers who call in to make a purchase
Escalate issues that require higher-level or interdepartmental support
Make call-backs when needed for abandoned or disconnected calls
Work toward resolving at least 90% of customer contacts
What They’re Looking For
At least 2 years of BPO experience
Telco or eCommerce account experience is an advantage
Strong comprehension and communication skills
Above-average technical skills
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work across multiple systems and tools
Reliable and accountable
Flexible and willing to work varying schedules
System Requirements
Intel i5 or comparable computer
At least 4GB RAM
Wired internet connection of at least 30 Mbps
No internet dongles
Noise-cancelling headphones available during the interview
