• Is comfortable figuring things out when instructions are incomplete
• Quickly adapts to new software, workflows, and processes with minimal supervision
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Can handle repetitive or operational tasks without losing focus
• Understands confidentiality and professional boundaries deeply
