GlobalTeam is hiring for an SEO Manager to lead strategy and performance across multiple client accounts in the legal, medical, and dental industries.

This is a senior-level contract role focused on end-to-end SEO ownership, including strategy development, execution, reporting, and team leadership for approximately 20 client accounts.

What You Will Be Doing

• Developing and executing 12-month SEO strategies for multiple clients
• Managing SEO performance across legal, medical, and dental accounts
• Conducting SEO audits, competitive research, and performance analysis
• Leading client communication, strategy calls, and reporting
• Managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI and growth
• Overseeing local SEO, link building, and content strategy execution
• Tracking KPIs and resolving performance gaps
• Managing and mentoring SEO specialists and analysts
• Documenting results and building case studies

What They’re Looking For

• Senior-level SEO experience with strategic and execution capability
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and local SEO
• Experience with SEO audits, analytics, and performance tracking
• Leadership and team management experience
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize for results
• Experience with AI tools for SEO workflows is a plus
