Catch Creation is looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support financial operations across its fast-growing eCommerce portfolio.
The company builds and manages global online brands and requires accurate, timely financial tracking across multiple sales channels and platforms.
This role is focused on maintaining clean financial records, supporting month-end reporting, and ensuring accurate reconciliation across eCommerce systems such as Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, and PayPal.
It is well-suited for someone experienced in high-volume bookkeeping within digital or eCommerce environments.

What You Will Do
- Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records (AP/AR)
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment platforms
- Track sales, refunds, chargebacks, fees, and taxes
- Record and reconcile inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS)
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Support sales tax, VAT reporting, and compliance processes
- Assist with payroll and expense tracking
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with management and accountants on reporting accuracy
- Ensure financial data integrity across multiple eCommerce platforms
What They’re Looking For
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (eCommerce preferred)
- Strong understanding of multi-channel eCommerce accounting
- Experience handling high-volume transactions
- Familiarity with inventory and COGS tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience working with US-based companies is a plus
- Bookkeeping certification or accounting coursework is an advantage
