Chronos Agency is looking for a Client Strategist to develop and execute data-driven retention marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients.

This is a client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, delivering high-performing campaigns, and driving long-term growth through email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing.

You’ll act as a strategic partner to clients while collaborating internally to ensure execution aligns with business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and needs
• Develop and execute email, SMS, and retention marketing strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage multiple client accounts alongside the Client Strategy Manager
• Collaborate with the Activations team to ensure clear execution
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand services
• Share industry insights to support marketing and thought leadership

Requirements

• Experience in client-facing marketing or account management roles
• Strong understanding of email, SMS, or retention marketing strategies
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
