We are looking for a Marketing Operations Virtual Assistant – Meta Ads & Funnel Support for a growing digital marketing agency and e-commerce brand we recruit for.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting Meta Ads campaign setup and tracking
• Organizing ad creatives and campaign assets
• Monitoring campaign performance and reporting
• Supporting funnel structure and landing page coordination
• Writing and testing basic ad copy variations
• Researching competitors and campaign strategies
• Working with marketing teams to improve results

Requirements

• Experience in Meta Ads or digital marketing support roles
• Understanding of funnels and online campaigns
• Strong written English for ad copy support
• Familiarity with Canva or creative tools
• Analytical thinking and attention to performance data
• Ability to work with structured marketing systems
