We are looking for a Part-Time Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Lead Follow-Up Support for a growing Real Estate Investment company we recruit for.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Following up with existing real estate leads via SMS and email
• Updating lead status inside CRM (Podio / HubSpot)
• Logging communication notes and responses
• Supporting basic lead organization tasks
• Assisting acquisitions team with pipeline updates

Requirements

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in real estate support
• Comfortable with CRM tools (Podio preferred)
• Strong written English
• Reliable availability for short weekly hours
• Attention to detail in tracking lead communication
