What You’ll Do

• Product Design End-to-End
  Design user experiences from concept to launch and optimization
  Create and iterate on prototypes across different levels of fidelity
  Deliver intuitive, high-quality product experiences
• Collaboration & Communication
  Work closely with engineers, marketers, and support teams globally
  Share ideas clearly through written, visual, and verbal communication
  Align teams and move projects forward efficiently
• User-Centered Design
  Leverage user research, insights, and feedback to guide decisions
  Identify user needs and translate them into clear solutions
  Continuously test, validate, and improve designs
• Innovation & Community
  Contribute to open-source and design communities
  Integrate AI tools and automation into design workflows
  Mentor others and share best practices

Requirements

• Core Skills
  Strong experience in product design for consumer-facing products
  Proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
  Excellent UI/visual design skills with a strong portfolio
  Deep understanding of product development cycles
• AI & Modern Design
  Experience using AI tools and automation in design workflows
  Ability to integrate and share AI-driven design practices
  Collaboration & Communication
  Strong written and verbal communication skills (remote-first environment)
  Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
• Mindset & Approach
  Strong problem-solving and user-first thinking
  Ability to balance business goals with technical constraints
  Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
• Nice to have
  Experience with platforms like WordPress or WooCommerce
  Background in e-commerce, publishing, or site-building tools
  Experience working in fully remote teams

Compensation

• $95,000 – $200,000 USD (global range, paid in local currency)
