Native Teams is seeking a Senior Payment and Banking Specialist to manage and optimize global payment operations and banking relationships.

This role focuses on executing and improving payment processes across payroll, vendors, and financial transactions, while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy.

You’ll play a key role in enhancing payment systems, managing banking infrastructure, and supporting cross-functional teams.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless, scalable, and compliant payment operations across international markets.

Responsabilities

• Execute daily payment operations, including payroll, vendor payments, and refunds
• Monitor transactions, reconcile payments, and resolve discrepancies
• Lead implementation of new payment methods, systems, and tools
• Improve and optimize end-to-end payment processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Manage banking relationships, including account openings and maintenance
• Conduct regular reviews of bank accounts, fees, and access controls
• Ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements across transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams (Payroll, Operations, Customer-facing teams) to support payment processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payments, treasury, or banking operations
• Background in fintech, payments companies, or banking institutions
• Experience managing banking relationships and account setups
• Understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with digital banking solutions and authentication systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Niche to have:
  Experience optimizing payment systems or workflows
  Exposure to global or multi-currency payment operations
  Experience working in cross-functional teams
