About This Opportunity

SparkLoop is hiring a Full-Stack Marketer to become the company’s first dedicated marketing hire and take ownership of marketing across the entire funnel.

This role is ideal for a highly hands-on, growth-focused marketer who enjoys building, testing, launching, and optimizing campaigns independently.

The successful candidate will work closely with SparkLoop’s cofounder and own initiatives ranging from website updates and product launches to lifecycle marketing, case studies, partnerships, and paid acquisition experiments.

SparkLoop powers newsletter growth and monetization tools used by some of the world’s largest newsletters and media brands, including creators like Tim Ferriss, James Clear, and Morning Brew.

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments, uses AI tools effectively, and enjoys experimenting with creative growth strategies.

What You Will Do

• Marketing Ownership
  Own and improve SparkLoop’s marketing website
  Ship updates directly to the website using AI-assisted workflows and tools like Claude Code
  Manage and optimize marketing initiatives across the full funnel
• Product Launches
  Lead weekly product launches from start to finish
  Create:
  Product announcement emails
  Social media campaigns
  Hype videos
  LinkedIn posts
  In-app announcements
  Measure performance and improve launch processes over time
• Case Studies & Content
  Turn customer success stories into high-performing marketing assets
  Create GTM-focused content around newsletter growth and monetization
  Help build educational and organic growth content
• Paid Acquisition & Growth
  Run small-scale paid acquisition experiments
  Work independently or collaborate with partner agencies
  Analyze results and optimize campaigns
• Lifecycle Marketing
  Improve onboarding and lifecycle communication for publishers using SparkLoop
  Help users understand and maximize platform value
• Strategic Growth Opportunities
  Potential future ownership areas may include:
  Affiliate programs

What They’re Looking For

• Experience
  3–5 years of marketing experience OR strong proof of building something independently
  Experience with:
  Newsletters
  Media companies
  SaaS marketing

  Ability to think strategically while executing quickly
