Responsibilities

• Own UI/UX design for hybrid-casual mobile games from concept to production
• Research market trends, competitors, and references
• Create UI/UX flows, wireframes, mockups, and final visuals
• Build and maintain art bibles and visual guidelines
• Work across multiple games and visual styles simultaneously
• Produce 2D paint-overs on 2D and 3D assets (characters, environments, icons, logos)
• Provide feedback to artists and support quality improvement
• Mentor and support team members and help manage design tasks
• Communicate effectively and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Explore and promote the use of AI tools in design workflows
• Experiment with AI tools for concept creation, iteration, and optimization

Requirements

• Strong UI/UX design skills for mobile games
• Strong 2D art skills, including composition, color, and visual storytelling
• Ability to adapt to different visual styles
• Fast and efficient execution with high quality
• Strong communication and ownership mindset
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven
• Strong interest in AI tools and creative technologies
• Curiosity to explore and adopt AI-powered workflows
• Portfolio required, including:
  UI/UX work for hybrid mobile games
  2D game art and concept art
  Art direction examples
  Paint-overs (2D/3D assets)
  Relevant hybrid-game visuals
  Examples of AI-assisted design work (if applicable)
