What You’ll Do

• Global Compliance Ownership
  Monitor employment laws and regulatory changes across multiple regions
  Maintain a regulatory change log
  Ensure compliance across lifecycle processes (hire → relocation → termination)
• Audit & Risk Management
  – Lead People-related audits, including:
  EEO-1
  OFCCP / Affirmative Action
  SOX controls
  Internal & external audits
  – Manage:
  Timelines
  Data collection
  Submissions
  Audit-ready documentation
• Process & Controls Design
  – Translate legal requirements into:
  Internal policies
  System requirements
  Operational workflows
  – Define and measure control effectiveness using metrics
• Data Privacy & Retention
  – Own People data privacy practices, including:
  GDPR compliance
  Data retention policies
  Cross-border data transfers
  Privacy impact assessments (PIAs)
  Data subject access requests (DSARs)
  – Work with systems like:
  Workday
  ServiceNow
  Greenhouse
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  – Partner with:
  Legal teams
  People Business Partners
  Total Rewards
  People Technology & Analytics
  – Provide guidance on:
  Relocations
  Entity changes
  Policy exceptions
  Terminations
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
  – Build and maintain:
  Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  Compliance workflows
  Knowledge base documentation
  – Ensure processes are:
  Repeatable
  Scalable
  Audit-ready
• Leadership & Mentorship
  Coach and guide a junior People Compliance Analyst
  Review work and help build structured workflows

Requirements

• Experience
  Proven experience in global HR compliance / People Operations
  – Experience managing:
  Multi-country compliance programs
  Employment law requirements
  HR audit processes
• Compliance & Legal Knowledge
  – Understanding of:
  Employment regulations across regions
  GDPR and data privacy frameworks
  HR lifecycle compliance risks
• Audit Experience
  – Hands-on experience with:
  Audit planning and execution
  Data gathering and reporting
  Audit documentation and submissions
• Skills
  Strong analytical and process-thinking ability
  Ability to convert legal concepts into operational workflows
