Remote Bookkeeping Assistant (QuickBooks) Full Time

We are a Denver-based tax preparation firm hiring a Remote Bookkeeping Assistant to help manage expense categorization and reconciliations using QuickBooks Online.

We’ve worked with remote VAs for years. You’ll be treated as a valued team member, with regular work and long-term stability.

 Key Responsibilities for the Remote Bookkeeping Assistant (QuickBooks):

• Categorize expenses weekly
• Match receipts and bank feeds
• Run monthly reports
• Assist in quarterly tax prep summaries

Required Skills for the Remote Bookkeeping Assistant (QuickBooks):

• Prior QuickBooks Online experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Fluent in English (written)

Please note:

• Intermediate experience required
• Pay: $7–$10/hr
• 20–25 hrs/month; flexible schedule
