Wise is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead high-volume hiring across Servicing and Operations teams in São Paulo and the broader Americas region.

This role focuses on driving recruitment strategy, leading a team of recruiters, and building scalable hiring processes to support rapid growth.

You’ll partner closely with regional leadership, using data and automation to improve hiring efficiency while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Responsabilities

• Lead recruitment strategy for high-volume Operations and Servicing roles
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters
• Partner with department leaders on hiring plans and workforce needs
• Monitor pipeline health and adjust hiring strategies based on demand
• Build and optimize recruitment processes using automation and AI tools
• Ensure hiring targets are met while maintaining quality and speed
• Drive a high-performance recruiting culture across the team
• Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion practices into hiring processes
• Represent the company in local events and talent communities
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading recruitment teams
• Proven experience in high-volume hiring (Operations, Customer Support, or similar)
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Experience optimizing recruitment processes and reducing time-to-hire
• Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment metrics
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Niche to have:
  Experience with AI-driven recruiting tools
  Background in global or multinational companies
  Strong understanding of DEI hiring practices
