EzyRes LLC is seeking a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support its dispositions team by managing and qualifying inbound buyers.

This role focuses on responding quickly to new leads, gathering accurate buyer information, and building a strong pipeline of ready-to-transact investors.

You’ll act as the first point of contact for buyers—ensuring every interaction is timely, professional, and fully documented before handing off to the sales team.

Responsabilities

• Respond to all inbound buyer inquiries within minutes (calls, texts, platforms)
• Engage and build rapport with potential real estate investors
• Qualify buyers by understanding their criteria and investment goals
• Accurately complete and update buyer profiles (“buy box”)
• Ensure all buyer data is complete before handing off to the dispositions team
• Respond to platform inquiries (e.g., InvestorLift) quickly and professionally
• Coordinate with dispositions team to align on buyer needs
• Maintain organized and accurate CRM records (GoHighLevel)
• Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication across all interactions

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Previous real estate experience (required)
• Experience in SMS workflows and client communication
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume inquiries
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to think quickly
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Niche to have:
  Experience with InvestorLift or similar platforms
  Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel
  Experience working with international or remote teams
