What You Will Do

• Image Editing & Retouching
  Edit and retouch images to meet brand and project requirements
  Apply color correction, exposure adjustments, and enhancements
  Work with raw images from photographers
• Creative Collaboration
  Collaborate with designers, creatives, and stakeholders
  Ensure visuals align with creative briefs and brand guidelines
• Workflow & Delivery
  Manage and organize digital assets and editing workflows
  Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  Maintain consistency across all visual outputs
• Continuous Improvement
  Stay updated with editing trends, tools, and techniques
  Adapt to different styles and project requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a photo editor/retoucher
• Strong portfolio showcasing editing work
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and similar tools
• Solid understanding of color, composition, and retouching techniques
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Nice to have
  Experience working on marketing or campaign visuals
  Graphic design or video editing skills
  Ability to adapt to different creative styles
