This role sits at the intersection of business development, product growth, and ecosystem strategy, focusing on identifying and managing strategic partnerships that expand platform capabilities and market reach.

You’ll work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to shape how partnerships contribute directly to product evolution, distribution, and long-term growth.

Responsabilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage strategic vendors and technology partners
• Build and structure a scalable partner ecosystem and onboarding frameworks
• Lead commercial negotiations and partnership agreements
• Develop and execute a partnerships roadmap aligned with growth goals
• Identify high-value opportunities across integrations, ecosystems, and channels
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate partnerships into product enhancements
• Partner with Marketing on joint go-to-market initiatives and co-branded efforts
• Track and analyze partner performance using defined KPIs
• Report on partnership impact, pipeline, and strategic outcomes to leadership

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or vendor management
• Background in B2B SaaS, AI, or knowledge platforms preferred
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with proven business impact
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate opportunities using data
• Excellent communication skills, including executive-level interactions
• Comfortable working in early-stage, fast-changing environments
