Credit Joy is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to handle inbound sales calls and help U.S.-based clients improve their credit profiles.

In this role, you’ll manage high-volume inbound calls, guide customers through credit repair solutions, and convert leads into sales while meeting daily performance targets.

You’ll work closely with a sales coach and team to maintain KPIs, improve conversion rates, and ensure a strong customer experience.

This is a fully remote, full-time sales role with performance-based earnings and commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Take 20–30 inbound sales calls daily and convert leads into customers
• Achieve daily sales targets (approx. 3 sales per day)
• Explain credit repair solutions and match customer needs to services
• Maintain performance KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Follow scripts, sales processes, and coaching guidance
• Collaborate with team leads to improve conversion performance
• Provide a high-energy, customer-focused sales experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in call center sales or phone-based sales roles
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• High-energy, target-driven, and comfortable with rejection
• Ability to work under strict KPIs and performance metrics
• Reliable remote setup (computer, headset, stable internet)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced inbound sales environment
• Strong discipline and consistency in daily performance
