TestGorilla is hiring a Customer Success Advisor Part-Time to support SMB clients across the Americas.

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of ~100 accounts, focusing on onboarding, product adoption, retention, and customer growth. You’ll work in an AI-first environment, using automation and data to scale your impact while maintaining strong human relationships with customers.

Responsabilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB customers
• Lead onboarding and improve Time-to-First-Value
• Drive product adoption and long-term customer success
• Monitor customer health and proactively reduce churn
• Use AI tools and automation to manage workflows efficiently
• Partner with Account Managers on renewals and expansion
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver measurable ROI
• Turn satisfied customers into advocates and case studies

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume client portfolio independently
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation
• Experience leading discovery calls and handling complex conversations
• Nice to have:
  Experience with tools like ChurnZero, HubSpot, Jira, Gong, etc.
  Experience with renewals and pricing negotiations
