Chatbot Virtual Assistant Part Time

A New York, USA–based AI company seeks a Chatbot Virtual Assistant to help configure and maintain conversational flows.

Responsibilities for the Chatbot Virtual Assistant:

• Configure chatbot workflows in platforms (Dialogflow, ManyChat, etc.)
• Write and optimize chat responses and fallback messages
• Monitor analytics and improve conversion flows
• Update content and manage training phrases

Requirements:

• Experience with chatbot tools or conversational design
• Strong written English and ability to write natural-sounding responses
• Analytical mindset to review bot performance metrics
• Basic understanding of APIs or integrations is a plus
